Returns

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase, on unused or unworn items in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 48hrs of receiving the returned items.

Exchanges can be made in store or by return at the customers cost.

Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

Personalised items are not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We are located on the main high street in Hemel Hempstead, opposite The Forum council building.

The closest car park is located at The Water Gardens, approximately 5 minutes walk from our store. 

For pick up and drop off, curb side and forecourt parking is available at the customers risk.
